Delete your WeightRx account

This page explains how to request deletion of your WeightRx account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in to read or use these instructions.

Delete from the app

1. Open WeightRx and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@weightrx.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and process the request. You do not need to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• The profile, activity and preference data associated with your account in the app

What is kept, and for how long

• Medical and prescription records. As set out in our Privacy Policy, health information is retained in accordance with applicable medical record-keeping laws — typically a minimum of 7 years after your last interaction with our services.
• Billing records. Retained for tax and accounting purposes.

Once those retention obligations end, the remaining data is deleted.
